This Refund Policy applies to digital products and advisory services purchased through electriccaradvisors.com.
Digital products
Digital products (guides, calculators, the Home EV Charging Setup Guide, the Complete EV Ownership Masterclass, and similar downloadable or online materials) are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, email us with your order details. Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, refunds are issued at our discretion and we may decline requests where there is evidence of full download and use of the materials.
Membership subscriptions
Recurring memberships (such as EV Insider) can be cancelled at any time and will stop renewing at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
Advisory services
Paid advisory engagements (Decision Brief, Buying Concierge, Fleet Plan, and Embedded advisory) are governed by the terms of the individual engagement agreement. Deposits and fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable. Specific refund and cancellation terms are set out in your engagement agreement.
How to request a refund
Email hello@electriccaradvisors.com with your name, order number, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
